    b) For users in Thailand: Any legal action shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Thailand.
    c) For users in the European Union: You may choose to resolve any claim related to these Terms through an online dispute resolution platform. The European Commission provides such a platform, which is available at http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
    d) For users in other locations: Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration in accordance with the UNCITRAL Arbitration Rules in force on the date when the Notice of Arbitration is submitted. The number of arbitrators shall be one. The seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. The language of arbitration shall be English. Notwithstanding the above, you agree that we shall still be allowed to apply for injunctive remedies (or an equivalent type of urgent legal relief) in any jurisdiction.
